As a leading provider of high-speed line post-process logistics automation for the first phase of the Xiamen CATL Battery Manufacturing Base project,ZOCONO has demonstrated outstanding technical strength and independent R&D capabilities. To meet the high technical requirements of CATL's high-speed lines, ZOCONO has for the first time adopted an industry-leading magnetic levitation flexible transportation system, increasing the production pace from the traditional 0.5m/s to over 1m/s, with an accuracy of 0.05mm. Additionally, ZOCONO innovatively used a nested continuous lifting machine, with a production pace of 2.5s per pallet, which is 240% faster than the traditional reciprocating lifting machine's 6s per pallet, perfectly meeting CATL's ultra-high production capacity demands.
In the cooperation of the first phase of the Xiamen CATL project, ZOCONO worked closely with the Xiamen CATL team, jointly overcoming one technical challenge after another. Playing a significant role in the project, ZOCONO provided comprehensive support from equipment research and development to commissioning and delivery. "Every delivery is the fulfillment of a promise, embodying the customer-centric service philosophy." To meet the client's demand for rapid production start-up, the project was initiated in February, during the Spring Festival. The ZOCONO project team voluntarily gave up the opportunity to reunite with their families, stayed at their posts, and treated the project as their home. They entered the site smoothly in early March and completed the installation and commissioning in April, achieving full production in September. It took only 180 days to deliver two standard post-process logistics lines for battery cells.
Countless nights, the project site was brightly lit, with the team facing problems head-on, working hard to overcome difficulties, and pooling collective strength to refine solutions. On March 1st, more than twenty members of the project team fought continuously for 28 days, from front-line workers to the operation general manager, working through the night to solve trial production issues, all to ensure smooth production and delivery. They demonstrated their sense of responsibility through their actions and finally saw the dawn before the break of day.
