Equipment Description
It is suitable for the automatic insertion of rubber nails in the liquid injection port of the prismatic aluminum shell lithium battery. It is composed of pallet and cell accurate positioning system, nail insertion system, vibration pallet nail detection and nail feeding system, and nail insertion detection system.

- Automatic Nailing： The whole pallet is transported to the fixed area, and the rubber nails are inserted at the liquid injection holes of all batteries, and CCD will take pictures to verify
- Automatic Detection：Function of double-leakage plug detection with alarm notification when a leakage plug is detected
- Nailing Precision：High battery positioning accuracy， stable and efficient. The plug-in structure comes with a rotation function, using a rotating air cylinder in coordination with the Z-axis module to press down and rotate simultaneously for better nail insertion
- Wide Compatibility：For batteries of different heights with liquid injection ports at different positions, the nail insertion position can be adjusted by the robotic arm of the nail insertion machine
